Yes. The Lowe is covered by YourNewTyres around the clock. We fit tyres on your drive, at Wem station, in town or at work on the Wem estates. Message the reg and get three fitted prices plus a real arrival time, so you know before you agree. Coming out costs nothing.
The Lowe is a small hamlet in SY4, in Shropshire, about 1.4 miles north of Wem. There is no tyre bay in the hamlet, but the town, the station and three business parks are all close by. That means most of our jobs here are either on a drive or in a Wem car park. The Lowe is part of our mobile tyre fitting Wem round.
Wem station is about 1.5 miles from The Lowe, and so are Mill Street Car Park and the Co-op on High Street. Wem Sports and Social Club Car Park is about 1.2 miles off. Wem Industrial Estate is about 1.6 miles away, Wem Engineering Centre about 1.8 and Aston Road Business Park about 1.9. Tell us where the car is and we find it.
If a tyre blows on a quick road, drift onto the verge, switch the hazards on and walk your passengers well away from the carriageway, behind a barrier if one is there. If the car is stuck in a live lane, ring 999 first. Then message us.
Mobile tyre fitting in The Lowe costs from £79.95 per tyre, fitted at your home, work or the roadside. That includes fitting, balancing, a new valve and taking the old tyre away, with no call-out charge at any hour. A puncture repair to British Standard BS AU 159 is £39.95.
Fitted at your home, work or the roadside. Budget to premium, priced for your car before we set off.
Repaired to British Standard BS AU 159 from inside the tyre, where the car is parked.
Day or night, any day of the year. The fitting is already in the tyre price.
Spread the cost of a pair or a full set with monthly payments at 0% interest.
Around 32 minutes on average, measured on our own job records across our core area, 24 hours a day. The common sizes ride on the van, so most jobs in The Lowe are fitted the same day, and rarer sizes are usually next day. Send the registration and where the car is, and a fitted price and a real arrival time come straight back.
The size is on the sidewall of the tyre, or send us a photo of it. It lands with the fitter on shift. No call-out charge, and the fitting is already in the price.
You are through to YourNewTyres. What size are the tyres?
The size is printed on the sidewall, like 205/55 R16. Send that and where you are, and I will come back with a fitted price and the next slot.
A photo of the sidewall does the job if you would rather not type it out.

Got us out of an unfortunate place of a Luton van blowout, super quick helpful and fairly priced!
Stranded in a car park with no spare! Called and they came within the hour, changed the tyre and was on my way 20 minutes later. Great service, delighted they made it so easy.
Brilliant service, same day, quick and easy. Was really rushed for time and they moved things around to ensure they got to me to get it fixed. Would defo recommend

Swapped, balanced and pumped. We take the old one.
The payment link lands on your phone once it is done.
The Lowe is close to some surprising days out. You can reach Shropshire Falconry in less than a mile, a great morning out for children. Home is close by if it rains. The Wartime Aircraft Recovery Group Museum is roughly 3 miles off. For a walk, Ruewood Nature Reserve and the Prees Branch Canal Nature Reserve lie some 2 miles away, and Wem Moss around 3.
Flat tyre at the falconry? The birds will not mind a van. Send the reg, name the car park, and a fitter swaps the tyre while you are inside, or later at your door in The Lowe. Day or night, the trip costs nothing. The town page is mobile tyre fitting Wem.
Wem and the hamlets north of it, 24/7.
Reg plus where the car is parked, that is all we need. Prices and a time come back fast. Around the clock, free to come out, 4.4 on Google.
The earlier we hear, the sooner the fitter is at the car. Send The Lowe reg now.
Plain answers for SY4.

There is one fitted price per tyre and it is the price you pay, whatever the hour. Send the registration on WhatsApp and you get budget, mid-range and premium options back, each with the fitting already in. A pair or a set can go on pay monthly at 0% interest, subject to status.

The arrival time we send is the real one for that job, not a promise made before we know where you are. On a motorway, get behind the barrier first, then send your location, and read what to do after a motorway blowout first.
Yes. We fit tyres on drives all over The Lowe and the lanes round it. The van is a workshop on wheels, with tyres on the rack, a changer and a balancer, so the job is finished right next to your car.
There is no tyre bay in the hamlet, and a soft tyre is best not driven into Wem at all. So message the reg to 07943 185471. Three prices come back, budget, mid range and premium, each fitted, together with an honest time for the van. The trip out never costs you anything.
Homes, farms, the station and every car park in Wem are fine for us. The town page is mobile tyre fitting Wem. You can also call 0300 124 6981 and speak to a person, at any hour of the day or night.
Yes. Wem station is about 1.5 miles from The Lowe. Cars there sit still for hours, which is exactly what our fitter wants.
The routine is simple. Park up, then from the platform send us the reg, the make and which end of the car park you chose. The locking nut key is the one thing we cannot work without, so say where it is: glovebox, a neighbour, the key safe at home. Our reply gives you the fitter's arrival time, and a second message confirms when the new tyre is on.
Settle the bill on your phone during the journey. Worried the tyre will not even make the 1.5 miles to Wem? Snap it and ask first. An honest yes or no comes straight back. Flat tyre and no spare is handy reading if your boot is empty.
Price follows size and brand, so we quote your car rather than a guess. Message The Lowe reg and three fitted prices come back, from budget to premium, with valve, balance and recycling of the old tyre already inside the figure.
Getting the van to you costs nothing. Evening, weekend and bank holiday work costs nothing extra. Whatever number you say yes to is the one the payment link asks for. If a car turns up wearing a size different from what its reg suggests, our fitter rings you before starting and you choose what happens.
Plenty of nails are a £39.95 repair to BS AU 159 and nothing more. Need a set? Monthly payments at 0% interest, subject to status, cover two tyres or more. Tyre prices in 2026 shows rough ranges.
Yes. Mill Street Car Park and the Co-op on High Street are both about 1.5 miles from The Lowe, and Wem Sports and Social Club Car Park about 1.2. We fit in car parks like these all the time.
Found a flat while you were in town? Leave the car. Message the reg, the colour and where it is parked, and get the locking nut key to us if you can. The new tyre goes on while you finish your errands. If the space is tight, we may ask you to move the car a few feet so the fitter has room.
You pay by a secure payment link sent to your phone. Visiting the sports club for a match or a meeting? Same deal. See nail in your tyre.
In lots of cases, yes. A repair costs £39.95 and meets BS AU 159. The tyre always comes off the rim first, because a repair is only safe once the inside has been checked.
If the nail or screw is in the middle band of the tread, it can usually be mended. If the damage is near the edge, in the side wall, or the tyre has been driven flat, it cannot. You hear which it is before we start, and if it needs a new tyre we can usually fit one on the same visit.
If there is a nail, leave it in until we arrive. See can a punctured tyre be repaired and slow puncture. A photo by message lets us tell you what we think before we come.
Yes. Wem Industrial Estate is about 1.6 miles from The Lowe, Wem Engineering Centre about 1.8 and Aston Road Business Park about 1.9. Work car parks suit us because the car will not move for hours. Nobody clocks off early for a tyre.
All we ask is the reg, the car's colour, which unit you are in and where the locking nut key is. You carry on working. If the firm has vans with tired tyres, van sizes are no trouble, and doing a few in one trip saves somebody a lost morning in a tyre bay queue. That is money back in the business.
Pay on your phone, or ask about an account for the company. More at fleet tyre fitting.
Yes. Our vans work all 24 hours, and The Lowe gets the same cover at midnight as at midday. The price does not go up after dark, and the call out is still free.
A dark country lane with a flat is nobody's idea of fun. If you are stuck, tuck the car into a gateway, put the hazards on and step away from the road. Message a pin plus a photo. We price it there and then and tell you the time the van can be with you. You can stay put, or head home in a taxi and leave the key hidden for us.
Our fitters carry proper work lamps. If you are at home instead, leave the key out and go to sleep. We will message when it is done. Phone 0300 124 6981 at any hour.
First, you. Hold the wheel steady, keep off the brake as much as you can and let the car slow itself. Steer onto the verge or a farm gateway and turn on the hazards. Passengers out on the hedge side and well back, behind the barrier where the road has one. If the car has stopped in a live lane, ring 999 before anyone else.
Once everybody is safe, share your location with us. We send vans to broken down cars round Wem, Prees and Shrewsbury day and night, and we take motorway call outs as well. Please do not kneel by a wheel with traffic coming past.
A blowout often damages the rim, so one photo of the tyre and one of the wheel help us bring the right kit. Our blowout guide covers the rest.
It depends on the tyre on the other side. Tyres on the same axle should be close in tread and the same type. If the other one is well worn, it can make sense to do both.
When we come to The Lowe, the fitter checks the other tyres and tells you honestly what they have left. The legal limit is 1.6mm, but grip in the wet drops well before that. If the other tyre on the axle is still good, we just do the one. If it is close, we will say so, and you decide.
Doing two at once? Spread them at 0% interest, subject to status. Every tyre is brand new. See should you replace two tyres or four.
Edstaston, Tilley, Loppington, Quina Brook and Barkers Green are all on our round, with every lane between them and The Lowe. Wem itself is covered too. One price list, whatever the hour. Every lane, every yard, every hour.
Drives, farm yards, the station, business parks and shop car parks all work. Wondering if the van will fit down your lane? A postcode by message gets an answer back quickly. Tell us about a low bridge, a narrow track or a gate code before we leave, and the fitter plans for it. Trailer or horse box tyre? Ask, as we can often help there too.
Nearby places have their own pages, like Edstaston and Loppington. The town page is Wem.
